To: Members and Friends of Walnut Hill Church

This letter is to inform you of a process that is beginning at Walnut Hill Church to look back on our accomplishments, identify our present strengths, and dream of our future. To accomplish this task, the Vestry has appointed an Inquiry Team to survey our members and friends for their desires and dreams for the future of Walnut Hill. This survey is the first step in the process of discovery. We will try to contact everyone for your thoughts through e-mail, providing paper copies of the survey on Sunday mornings, and sending surveys through the mail. You only need to complete one survey and we invite you to use the on-line survey so results can be automatically tabulated. If you do not have access to the internet or choose not to use it, we will provide paper copies at church and through the mail.

We will also be having focus groups where we can come together to have discussions about our future. We hope that you will complete one of these surveys and participate in one of the focus groups. We want everyone to have the opportunity to participate in this process.
